Standard warranty period: 5 years
Unless otherwise specified for specific product series or project agreements
The warranty covers manufacturing-related defects under normal installation and operating conditions, including:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Abnormal flickering or color inconsistency
Structural or thermal failure under normal use conditions.
Warranty validity is subject to the following conditions:
Products installed in accordance with applicable installation standards
Operation within rated voltage, load, and environmental specifications
No unauthorized modification, disassembly, or alteration.
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
Improper installation or incorrect wiring
External force, accident, or misuse
Force majeure events (including lightning, flooding, etc.)
Operation in corrosive, humid, or extreme environments outside specification.
To process a warranty claim, the following information is required:
Product model and quantity
Purchase invoice or order reference
Description of the issue
Supporting photos or videos
All claims will be evaluated based on technical assessment.
Depending on the evaluation result, LumoLux may provide:
